Shoreham Port’s tenant community continues to thrive as local company ‘Posture People’ move to Quayside House.
Posture People are a team of office furniture and ergonomics specialists and were previously based in Seven Dials. After ten successful years of business Posture People decided to make the move to the Port to accommodate their expanding services and growing workforce.
Jo Blood, Managing Director at Posture People commented “We were looking for new premises to inspire our staff and live to our motto ‘love your workspace’ and when we found out that a warehouse on the beach had become available, our staff corralled us into a viewing. It was important for us to have a look around to see how the space would work for all involved and needless to say, we were sold within 10 minutes!”
The team at Posture People were aware that the premises at Quayside House would require renovation from the ground up. The whole team pitched in and came up with a vision of their dream office.
Tim Hague, Property Manager at Shoreham Port commented “We were only too pleased for Posture People to develop and renovate the warehouse to suit their needs. Posture People wanted to create a productive, active and inspirational space for their staff as well as having plenty of room to carry out ergonomic assessments for visiting clients. I’m delighted that Quayside House has proved the perfect location to do this.”
Jo added “We have loved our first week here at the new Posture People HQ. We now have the space that we need and a fantastic new office that works for the whole team. The support we have received from the staff at Shoreham Port has been excellent and we now have the added bonus of some lovely new neighbours!”
