We are pleased to announce that four brand-new storage units will be installed at Basin Road North, Portslade, with convenient access to the A259 South Coast Road.
Each unit measures 10ft wide x 8ft deep x 8ft high. These high-spec containers feature a roller shutter, sensor lighting, and a secure locking system, with 24/7 access.
The yearly cost is £2,640.00 + vat (£220.00 + vat pcm.)

Our affordable storage container units are approximately, 5ft (1.5m) wide, 8ft (2.4m) deep and 8ft (2.4m) tall. Each unit has a full width shutter (1.5m) and height (1.8m).
All Units have sensor lighting and are situated behind Hove Enterprise Centre on Basin Road North.
The yearly cost is £1,200.00 + vat (£100.00 + vat pcm).
Maritime House: Available
Our storage are located on Basin Road North in front of Maritime House Business Centre. Four of the units offer a dedicated parking space.
The units internally are 2.1m (6ft 10in) wide, 2.5m (8ft 2in) deep and a minimum of 2.5m (8ft 2in) high – with a total volume of just over 13 cubic metres (460 cubic feet). Each has secure roller shutters and sensor lighting.
The yearly cost is £2,400.00 + vat (£200.00 + vat pcm).
