| Late May 2026 | Getting to Know Us: We will review all the application forms and invite candidates who we think closely match our requirements to an Open Evening where we will tell you a little bit more about the Port and you will have an opportunity to meet some of our team. |
| Early July 2026 | Getting to Know You: We will invite candidates to an assessment event. We pride ourselves on our colleagues being their authentic self at work and so the event will be informal and will be a great opportunity to meet other candidates. It is likely to involve some group discussion, a job-related activity and a short interview with members of the team. Don’t worry, this is an opportunity for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you, in a friendly and welcoming environment. |

| August 2026 | The successful candidate will be asked to attend an enrolment day at Chichester College Group. |
