About Shoreham Port
Shoreham Port operates 24/7 365 days of the year within a fascinating and complex operations environment, where no two days are the same! With a diverse business portfolio spanning cargo handling, commercial property, a temporary agency, and hospitality venue, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn about a number of businesses in one location while working alongside over 200 colleagues.
This is a highly varied role which would be ideal for someone who has previous HR experience (Level 3) who is keen to develop and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Skills & Experience
- CIPD Level 3 is an essential requirement for this role
- Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law (CIPD Level 3)
- Proven track record of excellent customer service/ stakeholder management experience
- Experience of working in people support role including administration where attention to detail is key
- Sound communication skills - written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experienced in using IT systems, Word and Excel
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage high volumes of work
