Shoreham Port were delighted to welcome Total Building Control to their expanding tenant community last month. Total Building Control, who have been operating in the Sussex area for over five years, have taken up occupancy of an office in Waterside House, Hove Enterprise Centre.
Hove Enterprise Centre is an extremely popular base for a range of businesses, including new start-ups, through to larger companies wishing to expand into new markets across the South Coast.
Richard Brown, Building Control Surveyor and South East Regional Manager at Total Building Control commented “Total Building Control provides a solution led Building Control service, backed by excellent customer service. We provide consistent advice and remain flexible to realistic alternatives to achieve compliance. We have been licensed by the Construction Industry Council as an approved inspector for over ten years.”
Richard continued “Shoreham Port offers us a good connection to the city along with fast transport links out to the bypass. It is a progressive business hub promoting good communication links internally and to the local community. Our office at Waterside House provides us with good natural light for a positive working environment along with all the refinements expected of a modern office suite.”
Tim Hague, Property Manager at Shoreham Port added “It was great to hear that Richard already has strong links with the area, attending Blatchington Mill School in Hove and previously being an Air Cadet member of the 176 Squadron also in Hove. I am sure Total Building Control will find the Port an excellent location to grow their business and become part of the business community in the greater Brighton and Hove area.”
