Shoreham Port were delighted to welcome Fun Learning to their expanding tenant community this month. Fun Learning are an independent educational toy retailer with shops in both Brighton and London. They also have a successful online business which was run from Chapel Mews in Hove until their need for expansion and subsequent move to Hove Enterprise Centre at Shoreham Port.

Hove Enterprise Centre provides a fantastic space for businesses to grow from, proving very popular with both start-up businesses and larger companies alike. There are a vast range of businesses working from this site, creating a real sense of community in the area.

Emma Warman, Website Manager at Fun Learning commented “We moved here primarily because our business is growing and our previous warehouse was too small to cope with the craziness of last Christmas. We required better access for couriers as well as the option of shipping pallets, so the Port proved to be the ideal location.”

Emma continued “we are settling in wonderfully. The Port has been really helpful and it’s lovely to be on the waterfront. Had we known there was a regular visit from an ice cream van we would have come much sooner!”

Tim Hague, Property Manager at Shoreham Port commented “It’s always great to expand our tenant community with new businesses. It’s encouraging to hear that Emma and everyone at Fun Learning are happy with the decision to relocate to the Port and are embracing life by the sea. I’m sure they will find the Port an excellent location to expand their business.”
