Shoreham Port is currently in the process of updating our Leisure and Marina Management software. This new investment will combine customer communications, invoicing, and reporting into a single easy-to-use package, streamlining services for our customers.
The new system will also incorporate a self-service online portal where customers can view and pay their accounts securely and quickly, with automatic account reconciliation. It will enable our customers to view and update the personal details we hold for them including contact details, boat information, account history and marketing preferences.
The new, enhanced system is due to go live by the end of January 2022. In order to ensure a smooth transition, the 2022 annual renewals for Harbour Dues and Mooring Fees will be delayed until the new system is up and running. We understand this delay may be temporarily disruptive but we are excited about this fantastic opportunity to continue to invest in our infrastructure and improve services for our valued customers.
