On Sunday 13th December 2009, in order to preserve Shoreham Port's rights in connection with the use of Harbour roadways, Basin Road South will be closed to vehicular traffic by means of a barrier from 0700 - 1700 hours. All vehicles will be stopped. Only vehicles being used on Port business, by contractors working in the Port area or the public proceeding to the Adur District Council Car-park at Southwick beach will be permitted to proceed.
