Shoreham Port are offering an exciting opportunity to redevelop Southwick Waterfront, a 9.34 acre site that includes Lady Bee Marina and land to the east. The Port owns the freehold interest in the land and are looking to identify a development partner to enable them to progress the regeneration of the area.

Southwick Waterfront is located to the immediate south of the town of Southwick, 8km west of Brighton, 3km east of Shoreham and benefits from excellent transport links being located on the A259 adjacent to Southwick train station.

In accordance with Shoreham Port’s Masterplan, the site would be suitable for mixed use commercial and leisure development, enhanced marina facilities and bespoke property for occupiers attracted to this waterside location. The site includes 0.75 acres of reclaimed, raised land which has planning permission for an industrial/office scheme of 16,000 sq.ft.

Tim Hague, Property Manager at Shoreham Port commented “Southwick Waterfront is a fantastic regeneration opportunity and we invite developers and occupiers to contact us with ideas for comprehensive regeneration or bespoke developments through development partnerships or long leasehold sale.”
