Shoreham Port would like to welcome our latest tenant at Hove Enterprise Centre, PBM Exteriors. PBM Exteriors is a family run business specializing in the installation of replacement roofline products including PVCU fascias, soffits, guttering, barge boards, cladding and flat roofing. Since it was founded in 1990 by Paul Milligan and Chris Owen the company has grown through personal recommendations and significant expansion in the last couple of years necessitated a move to a larger premises providing office and storage space.
Paul Milligan of PBM Exteriors said 'the location of Shoreham Port is ideal for our 10 staff who are Portslade residents born and bred. We have close ties to the harbour and are good friends with other tenants such as Axtra who recommended Shoreham Port to us. We were attracted to Hove Enterprise Centre as a well run and secure location which we have also found to be a friendly business community. With Shoreham Port as our base we intend to expand by selling PVCU building products directly to the industry'. Chris Owen added 'we have settled in really quickly and are excited that our growth will be part of the development and enhancement of Shoreham Port that is already underway'. Tim Hague our Property Manager said 'with PBM Exteriors in place Hove Enterprise Centre continues to be a hub for expanding young local businesses. The success of our new and established tenants and current 100% occupancy shows that the wider Shoreham Harbour area is thriving in 2011'.
