Shoreham Port is currently seeking to recruit three non-executive directors to join the Board. Applicants should have relevant senior and executive level experience and current knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Shoreham is a trust port, governed by Acts of Parliament and Harbour Revision Orders and the Revision Order of 2004 set out the wide range of professional skills and experience to be provided by the Board members. The Port Authority complies with the principles of good governance set out in the Department for Transport’s document Modernising Trust Ports 2 and is committed to the principles of appointments based on merit with independent assessment, openness and transparency of purpose.
