Shoreham Port are proud to add another music studio to the Port’s diverse list of tenants. Graeme Waters, owner of Evolution Studios, recently took up the tenancy of Unit 7 Hove Enterprise Centre and will be opening the studio in June. Graeme is a Hove resident and has been working in the music industry for in excess of 15 years.
Evolution Studios is a startup limited company which will initially provide high quality rehearsal rooms with an aim to expand into music recording and promotions. Graeme is currently overseeing the refurbishment and soundproofing of the property.
Graeme Waters, Evolution Studios said “We have been waiting for a unit at Hove Enterprise Centre to become available for a while. Hove Enterprise Centre is central and accessible enough to attract the Brighton and Hove market, and provides an interesting setting being within an operational port, with a waterfront outlook. It has also become a hub for music related industry, housing other recording studios, music merchandisers and music equipment suppliers. We are excited to add Evolution Studios to the existing community of businesses”.
Tim Hague, Property Manager at Shoreham Port added “‘Hove Enterprise Centre was built as a centre for startup local businesses to establish themselves, develop and thrive. We are therefore delighted to see Graeme set up his new business here in a tenant community already featuring music industry providers”.
