Her Majesty the Queen has long been a patron of the maritime industry, notably through her role as Master of the Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets. We join the nation in remembering Her Majesty’s remarkable reign, with 70 years of service and unshakeable devotion to the public.

As a sign of respect, the Union Flag will be flown at the Port, lowered to half-mast and later raised, for the proclamation of King Charles III, before returning to half-mast where it will remain until the day following The Queen’s State Funeral.

May her Majesty rest in peace.
