Estate Team Cleaner

Do you have a strong work ethic, take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and want to work in a variety of different environments? Our estate cleaning team work across a variety of areas including tenanted offices, operational space and marinas. You will work both inside and outdoors, often enjoying spectacular sunrises across the Port. As a high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to plan your work and be involved in occasional maintenance tasks to support the Property team.

About Shoreham Port

Shoreham Port is a unique and diverse working environment spanning over a mile-long canal, that encompasses operational space, marinas, and a property estate of over 200 tenanted areas, as well as beachfront and green spaces in between.

Main duties, tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the Port
• Report on Health & Safety, security, and property maintenance observations when out on the estate.
• Perform checks on alarms, extinguishers, meters when requested by Property Team
• Occasional minor maintenance tasks in support of the Property Team

Key Skills

• Cleaning experience required
• Awareness of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
• Driving licence is mandatory
• Positive and friendly attitude when working with tenants and stakeholders
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communicator and team player
