Living Wage

We are proud to be a Brighton and Hove Living Wage employer. By paying the Living Wage (as our minimum commitment), we ensure that our staff feel both valued and supported.

All our packages are designed to be as competitive as possible (whilst being grounded in reality!). We carry out benchmarking every year to ensure that we pay our staff fairly, making objective assessments through a robust job evaluation process.


The Living Wage Campaign in Brighton & Hove is led and managed by Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and is supported by UNISON and Brighton & Hove City Council. The Brighton & Hove Living Wage Campaign encourages local businesses to pay all employees the Living Wage. We are one of over 450 businesses, social enterprises, charities and public sector organisations that have already signed up.
