17 Maritime House

Shoreham Port owns a considerable commercial portfolio in addition to its own operational land and buildings. It has a wide mix of property and tenants. There are about 140 tenants on the estate altogether. These vary from small offices and light industrial units to large sites leased to major international firms. In terms of small business units there are three main locations within the Port: Quayside House; Hove Enterprise Centre and Lady Bee Marina, providing accommodation for about 45 small businesses. We can also offer serviced office space at Maritime House.

Sites are mostly used for port related activity with some exceptions. The main port related tenants include Hanson, Tarmac, B&N Fish Sales, Shoreham Silo Services, Local Fuels and Parker Steel. Other significant tenants include Scottish Power, Stamco and Edburton Contractors. For further details regarding Shoreham Port's plans for property and development please see the Masterplan.
