We recognise that a close working relationship with local and regional agencies is vital to the Port's success. In our role as a major economic driver in the region, we are in a fortunate position to have an influence on such important issues as transport policy, local and regional economic development plans and the protection of the natural environment.
We work closely with a range of local government organisations and agencies including our Regional Development Agency (SEEDA), West Sussex County Council and Adur District Council. Our objective is to coordinate with regional development plans and regional economic strategy.
